(JDPT) purchased 120 sets of cotton clothes and gave them to the disabled employees of the company to resist the cold weather. The disabled employees were very happy after receiving the warm cotton clothes presented by the company.
Due to the renewal of production equipment, many jobs no longer require manual labor workers. JDPT open jobs that do not require manual labor to the disabled, absorbing a large number of disabled people who are difficult to find jobs. People with disabilities are treated equally, and the company’s leaders and Labor Union also give more care and consideration to the disabled. This special group has found value in JDPT and regards JDPT as a warm home.
Practicing caring for the disabled is the requirement of JDPT to fulfill its social responsibility.
